Placing an order

Whilst orders are taken via our secure website you can also place one via telephone, email or though a party. Please click here for our contact details.

Delivery Within Australia

Most orders to capital cities and major regional centres are delivered within 3-5 day business days. Please note that remote locations may take longer. All deliveries are made via Express Post or Courier. Most parcels cost $8.95. If it is a custom order, or something not currently held in stock, most are completed within 7-10 days. You will be informed if there is a delay with your order.

Return and Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with the condition in which you receive your goods, an exchange or credit may be issued. Items must be unused and returned within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges can be sent via post and marked "exchange".

Damaged / faulty items: Should your goods be damaged or faulty in any way, Oink Kids will review the situation and act accordingly.

Prices are listed in Australian dollars ($) All prices listed are inclusive of GST

Payments

Payments can be made via credit card, cheque or direct deposit. Confirmation of your order will be sent via email.

A 20% non refundable deposit may be requested.

No changes or cancellations will be accepted after 7 days of date of order
